year, including the birthday of the man who helped her realize a dream of
having the body she's always wanted. The 26-year-old "Fancy" rapper
posted a loving Instagam photo with Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr.
Ashkan Ghavami, the physician who performed rhinoplasty and breast augmentation
on her.
