Unless we are in good tune in meditation, it is hard to find a real siddhar.The siddhar is Sri Paranjothi Baba

living near Vadapalani Murugan koil. To locate him: In Vadapalani signal take a right at the junction and there will be a direct left which leads u to the murugan koil. after a 6 min walk inside that left comes a saravana bhavan hotel on the right and immediately after that is a construction which broken and the very immediate building is the place of this siddhar like a small sandhu (lane). when u reach the savana bhavan hotel confirm in the vicinity about this siddhar and the localites will surely help u. Ask for paranjothi baba as the commoners know him.

Sri Pranasiddhar 

Now about the siddhar: It was believed that he was a businessman who was cheated and due to this there was a transformation inside him and he became a siddhar.

Before, the siddhar used to stand outside the vadapalani temple in one foot without bothering the scorching heat and lashing rain.. Slowly people started to understand him and provided him a place of stay which is the current residence.

Always speaking in a low voice a language hard to understand, but he speaks tamil too. when u meet him the first time he may extend his hand to u - meaning a guesture of asking money. Whatever comes in ur mind give him. Then he gives his blessings permits u to sit for sometime and then gives u the prasad and says po po as a gesture of driving. If nothing like the above happens and as soon as u go in he drives u immediately please understand this too as a blessing and try the next time.

In general when siddhars collect money it is believed that they are collecting not the money but our karma kadan and if they drive us away by not allowing us to see them it is understood that they are driving the bad effects from us and not us literally.

These all happens by praptham. The above description were my experiences too so I had shared with you. As far as my knowledge goes this siddhar is the only living siddhar currently. I am really not aware about the others.
