Blended to
perfection
Marc’s is an artisanal small roast coffee. He
source his coffee from the local hills near Auroville. The beans are roasted in
Pondicherry in small batches. Marc works with the farmers, and buys it directly
from them at the fair trade. I’ve found that a small batch roasted coffee has
such a clean, crisp flavor. My favourite is the Kaveri Blend when brewed right
is a full-bodied coffee , with a good balance of bitterness and acidity. Its
leaves a lovely taste that lingers on.
